• Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.
• Consultation Requirement: Certain treatments require a consultation prior to booking. We will advise you if this applies to your requested service.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• Packages & Memberships: Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Financing: Financing options (Cherry, Affirm, PayPal Pay Later) are provided by third-party lenders. MerLeaux is not responsible for the terms, approvals, or decisions of any financing provider.
• Refunds: Refund requests for products or services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss your situation.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from MerLeaux, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages, including but not limited to:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Promotional offers, specials, and event announcements
• Referral program updates and reward notifications
