Your appointments are reserved especially for you at Merleaux Aesthetic Solutions, and we value your time as much as our own. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another client awaiting care. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee, charged to your card on file. Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show and will also incur a $50 fee. Unpaid fees will be invoiced by email and must be settled before booking future appointments.

Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification (“no-show”) will automatically be charged a $50 fee. After a no-show, prepayment will be required for all future bookings. Outstanding fees must be paid prior to rescheduling.

We strive to honor all scheduled times and our clients’ punctuality. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to maintain our schedule for other guests. If we are able to accommodate your late arrival, your service time may be adjusted, but will be billed at full price. If your appointment cannot be fulfilled due to late arrival, the $50 missed appointment fee will apply.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Please note that certificates purchased previously may not reflect current pricing, as service rates may adjust due to supplier costs. All Merleaux gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
