Cancellation & No-Show Policy


Our Commitment to You

At MerLeaux Aesthetics & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and schedules can change, but we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list who are eager to receive their treatments.

1. The 24-Hour Notice Rule

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. You can notify us by calling the clinic or sending an email.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Because our medical staff and aesthetic rooms are prepared specifically for your visit, late changes greatly impact our small business.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a [$50] cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will be charged [100% of the scheduled service cost / a $100 fee].
  • Package Holders: If you are receiving a treatment from a pre-paid package and “no-show” or cancel late, that session will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance.
3. Late Arrivals

To ensure every client experiences the full tranquility of our serenity spa, we operate on a strict schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time so as not to delay the next client. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the originally scheduled service. In some cases, arriving too late may require us to reschedule your appointment entirely, which will be treated as a Late Cancellation.

4. Securing Your Appointment

To reserve your time at MerLeaux Aesthetics, a valid credit card must be kept securely on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking; it is only used to hold your reservation and will solely be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show as outlined above.
